职位描述
1、 负责对公司内部员工的技能、服务、公司文化等培训，确保员工掌握培训内容；
2、 能够通过有效培训，激励员工，调整员工的心态，迅速提升员工工作能力；
3、 按照公司的要求，定期进行工作检查；
4、 负责分公司各种会议的准备和实施；
5、 负责公司内部企业文化的宣传工作。
