Responsibilities:
1. Timely dealing with daily email or telephone consulting about the products, services or ordering of Fields from the customers.
2. Timely dealing with the complaints of the customers, coordinating with other departments to solve the problems as soon as possible.
3. Summarizing and analyzing the daily work of customer service process to roll out the appropriate rules and methods of CS department, assist CS Manager to improve the CS regulations.
4. Provide good suggestions for other departments to improve the qualites of customer services in Fields.


Request:
1. Bachelor degree above
2. Fluent in English reading, listening, writing and speaking English native
3. At least one year CS working or translating experience, having received CS training will be a plus
4. Good insight into customers' needs, independent thinking and dealing with customer complaints, provide customers with the information they need
5. Excellent communication skills, ability to learn quickly, and good teamwork spirit
