This position is recruited on behalf of our sister company:


SINGLE Temperature Control Systems
The core competence of SINGLE Temperature Control Systems is the development and production of high-performance, energy-efficient temperature control and cooling technology. With about 140 staff members and representations in more than thirty countries SINGLE has become firmly established among the leading providers in the market.

SINGLE's customers benefit from expertise that is based on more than forty years of experience in the area of equipment and plant engineering. SINGLE caters predominantly to plastics processors and manufacturers of plastics processing machinery, companies from the die-casting, chemical, pharmaceutical and food production industries as well as to customers from test and semi-conductor engineering.

The headquarters of SINGLE Temperature Control Systems are situated in Hochdorf near Stuttgart, Germany.

SINGLE is not only based in Europe but maintains subsidiaries in North America and Asia. In June 2011 SINGLE established Asian subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, PR China to meet the requirements of the Asian markets and the ambitious economic growth in the Far East.

General Summary: Manages sales of the company's products and services in within a defined geographic area, province or country. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales strategies. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.


CORE FUNCTIONS:

? Collaborates with VP Sales Asia Pacific in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.

? Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.



DETAILS OF FUNCTION:

? Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with VP Sales Asia Pacific

? Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.

? Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.

? Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.

? Provides monthly results assessments of sales achievement in assigned terrioty.

? Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.

? Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.

? Establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.

? Collaborates with VP Sales and Marketing to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.

? Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.

? Establishes programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.

? Collaborates with VP Marketing to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.

? Reviews expenses and recommends economies.


REPORTING:

? Reports directly to VP Sales and Marketing Asia Pacific



QUALIFICATIONS:

A college degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of five years of related experience or training in Plastics Manufacturing industry sector or specifically with Temperature Control Systems; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.

Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.

Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. Strong negotiation skills, good planning ability and self motivated.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Ability to travel extensively and a valid driver's license.
