岗位职责：
1． 领导团队营销活动，完成公司要求的团队业绩指标；
2． 负责所辖区域的新客户开拓，客户信息的搜集以及辖地内营销渠道的关系维护；
3． 与客户进行沟通，及时掌握客户需要，了解客户状态；
4． 带动团队，为客户提供金融理财的合理建议，实现客户资产保值增值；
5． 能够自主地完成一般市场及渠道的拓展工作；
注：收入组成包括基本工资（5K)＋销售提成＋管理提成，年底有年终奖。公司会为员工提供执业培训系统、优势产品及品牌服务、职业晋升通道等全方位平台支持。
岗位要求：
1． 大专及以上学历（全日制）；
2． 3－5年服务型行业销售经验，金融背景优先；
3． 语言表达清晰流畅，逻辑思维和分析问题能力较强
4． 具备一定的团队管理经验；；
5． 具有良好的人际沟通能力，亲和力；
6． 有较强的责任心、事业心，勤奋踏实，讲究团队合作意识；
7． 具备良好的服务意识，懂得一般的标准服务规范；

Responsibilities:
1. Leadership team marketing activities, complete company requirements of the team performance indicator;
2. Responsible for the area of the new customer development, customer information collection and rule in the marketing channel to maintain the relationship;
3. Communicate with customers, timely grasp the customer need, understand customer's state;
4. Drive the team, to provide financial services of reasonable proposals, realize customer assets;
5. Can independently complete the general market and channel development work,
Note: income composition including basic wage (5 k) + sales commission + management commission, is the end of the year award. The company will provide professional training system, advantages of products and brand service, professional promotion channel and so on omni-directional platform support.
Requirement:
1. The college and above (full-time);
2. 3-5 years service industry sales experience, financial background is preferred;
3. Language express clear smooth, logic thinking and analysis ability is strong
4. Have a certain team management experience;;
5. Good interpersonal communication ability, affinity;
6. Have a strong sense of responsibility and the dedication to work, diligent, pay attention to team consciousness;
7. Good service consciousness, know the general standard service standards;
