Reponsibility:

• Analyse customer requirements and ensure understanding and technical responsible for acquistion
• Communicate with the customer regarding project status, maintain and enhance professional relationship with customer, provide help in decision making
• Organize and drive customer visits related to his/her Projects
• Coordinate product and supplier changes between design team/customer and launch coordinator. Obtain customer approval for changes
• Provide support in complex warranty return rejects to ensure customer satisfaction
• Respond to each customer technical request related to his project
• Define in conjunction with customer and BU the PV test plan
• Ensure introduction according the customer requirements (ie TS16949, APQP, PPAP-Book etc.)
• Establish the appropriate project organization and communication plan
• Establish and regularly update the Project Plan and WBS based on customer requirements. Assign industrialization related workpackages to team
• Establish appropriate project reporting and information flow to the BU and the customer to ensure they are up to date on the projects status. Initiate escalation when needed.
• Establish configuration management and documentation structure for project.
• Ensure complete project documentation and appropriate access for project team members.
• Ensure project compliance to CAS and divisional processes, procedures and standards (i.e. system component development and launch procedure)
• Participate in the localization process of components until supplier and component approval is granted. Action items from the sourcing committee to be integrated into the project plan
• Perform and regularly update the risk management on the project.
• Responsible for all project R&D requirements like HW, SW, MD, Algo, Testing.
• Secure management approval of the project (PCIS sign-off).
  

Requirement:

• Master or Bachelor degree in Automotive Engineering or similar
• Experience with different customers including OEM and tier 1 suppliers
• Experience as Project Leader (minimum 1 completed project)
• At least 4 years experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry in a variety of functions
• Fluent in oral and written English
