职位描述

Purpose of the Position

Plan, conduct, and manage training activities of the company to improve employees' professional level and promote the development of company.

Scope

Training Manager reports to Director of Human Resources, responsible for the training issues of the organization, and support, with the potential to be in charge of other scope of HR field, such as employee development, talent management, communication.

Responsibilities

- Anticipate the training needs
n Understand the business model and operations as well as development of each business unit.
n Formulate training and development strategies to meet with the company business objectives.
n Conduct training needs analysis.
- Improve training process and quality
n Review and maximize training effects and revamp assessment standards and procedures.
n Source, liaise with and manage internal trainers and external course providers.
- Conduct training activities
n Build training team and system.
n Transform the company’s business strategies into training materials, formulate and develop comprehensive training plans/manual and deliver effective training programs.
n Prepare and monitor the training budgets, schedules and resources allocation.
- Perform other related duties as required, including but not exclusively the below:
n Make live, share, and communicate the Vision of the company and the Group.
n Depend on the results, he or she could expect to handle more responsibilities in HR scope.

Education, knowledge, competences, and attributes
Education: University degree, preferably on Training Management, Human Resources Management, Business Management or related field.
Language: Good command on Chinese and English and/or French
Computer skills: Able to operate Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email at a highly proficient level
Business Competences:
- Minimum 5 years’ solid training and development experience in finance, including 3 years’ management experience.
- Past experience in training consultancy firm is definitely an advantage.
- Understand consumer finance products and their distributions – channel, marketing, animation, etc.
Behavioral Competences:
- Excellent communication skills: listen to the users needs; ability to work with persons at all levels.
- Decision making skills: assess the situation and make rational decisions rapidly and independently.
- Details oriented: pay attentions on details with a high level of accuracy.
- Time management: prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
