职位描述

Purpose of the Position

This position will be the key person to drive Oney sales team to reach commercial target in multi-product while maintaining highest degree of sales compliance and customer satisfaction.

The position is reporting to Commercial, Sales & Channel Director.

Responsibilities
1 Sales forces formulation and productivity enhancement
a Setting up of recruitment, retention and automatic filtering sales team mechanism so as to build a volatile and productive sales force to achieve commercial target
b Building up and maintaining cost efficient sales team mechanism
c Developing motivating target and evaluation mechanism to boost productivity
d Conducting regular meeting/activity with sales team to enhance team communication and team spirit
e Tracking KPI and developing corrective actions
2 Sales procedure and report formulation
a Developing sales procedure, especially in ensuring strict compliance to the Group standard and store environment
b Developing anti-fraud mechanism to ensure lowest degree of fraud application
c Developing relevant sales report for retailer
d Modifying, summarizing and monitoring all reports and conducting follow-up actions of the whole sales team
3 External account relationship with the store
a Maintaining good communication, relationship and satisfaction from the store
b Understanding store need and facilitate store sales turnover
c Soliciting resources from the store
4 Internal resource and support solicitation
a Lobbying with different internal departments to ensure right level of resources to be solicited
b Building up team spirit in working with internal department

Target
Sales Target:
The sales target will be expressed in terms of lead generation, application, approval rate, loan booked, average loan size and tenor period, etc. in multi-product launched by Oney

Service Target:
Develop application process with maximum customer (both store and end customer) satisfaction
Ensure strict sales compliance and not exceeding target fraud rate

Coaching target:
Through comprehensive and constant training, motivating, following, listening and supporting to build a productive sales team

Other key result areas:
Senior Sales Manager is expected to spend time in visiting the stores in different cities (over 50% of its working time) to review the program implementation, to communicate with the store teams from store and sales.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Management/Economic/Marketing
Language: Chinese native speaker, very fluent oral and written English is a must
Computer: Word, Excel, PowerPoint at a better proficient level
Business Competences:
8 years above working experience related with sales management, minimum 5 years in credit or credit card business, successful good sales track record.

Working Conditions
Senior Sales Manager is located in office where he/she spends time in reporting to senior management, communicating with different internal departments and managing sales team on daily basis. He/she is required to conduct frequent store visit to understand customer need and derive right procedure to be implemented. He/she is faced with interruptions and must meet with colleagues, clients, partners, or suppliers on a regular basis. He/she must work with intense concentration and meet several deadlines in a regular basis.
Occasional domestic and international traveling may be required.
