Job Description:

Performs various business support activities. Identifies, enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximise the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided. Disciplines are typically office-based roles designed to facilitate the availability and accessibility of data.

- Responsible for managing the document information flows within the organisation to support others to perform as efficiently as possible
- Gives access to online information sources
- Responsible for the administration of subscriptions and online databases
- Responsible for scanning, indexing, managing the documentation centre/library and DS archives
- Collects information and provides documents voluntarily and on request
- Carries out administrative tasks according to defined guidelines and procedures
- Responsible for filing and keeping administration up to date
- Maintains system records

Requirements:

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree or above
- Able to communicate in English
- Strong abilities in fast learning
- Detail-oriented, well organized
- A real team player with initiative who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment
- Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines

WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year working experience in multinational entities
- Candidate with finance/ accounting background is preferred
