Purpose of the Position 职位目标

Assist Operation Head to build up collection team for GC company project.

协助运营负责人建立担保公司项目账户催收团队。

Scope 责任

Collection Team Leader reports directly to Operation Head. 催收组长直接向运营负责人汇报工作。

Responsibilities 主要工作内容

- Achieve collection target on Recovery Rate, Productivity, Budget Control and so on在回收率，产能以及预算控制等方面完成催收目标

- Assign the collection cases and schedule working shifts of collectors reasonably分派催收案件，合理排班

- Assist to Operation Head with daily collection processing management, operational risk monitoring and control协助运营负责人进行每日催收作业管理，运营风险监控

- Assist to Operation Head with periodic training and internal audit协助运营负责人完成定期培训和内部审计

- Keep in touch with outside cooperative companies such as legal office, outsourcing collection agents, etc与律师事务所，外部催收代理等合作公司保持联系

- Assist Operation Head to meet collection KPI协助运营负责人达成催收业务KPI

Education, knowledge, competences, and attributes

Education: College or above degree

Language: Good command of written/oral English and Mandarin

Computer skills:

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email at a highly proficient level

Business Competences:

- Familiar with local consumer finance market and collection tools熟悉消费金融市场和催收工具

- Phone collection or related experiences. ( > 2 years) 2年以上电话催收或相关经验

- Experience working in credit card, unsecured personal loan or consumer finance ( > 2 years) 2年以上信用卡，无抵押个人贷款，或者消费金融领域工作经验

- Good communication skills to explain the issue to various parties

- Analytical skills: translate data to information which support management decisions.

- Details oriented: pay attentions on details with a high level of accuracy.

- Time management: prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
