Job Purpose:
Graphics team is responsible for developing and optimize video input, 2D and 3D drivers for Linux and Android operating system, supporting different customers for graphics driver customization, performance tuning, bug-fix and support.
Key Responsibilities:
?Develop Linux display and video input drivers for CSR SoC platforms.
?Fine tune performance based in both hardware and software configuration.
?Design and implement test cases and sample codes.
?Co-work with IC engineers when developing and verifying the SOC chip, help design verification test cases.
?Support customer on graphics drivers, including customization, bug-fix and performance tuning support.
Required:
?MS Degree or above, CS or EE
?4+ year experience in C/C++ programming, strong and professional C/C++ programming skills and experience is a must.
?4+ year experience in linux 2D, 3D or video input drivers software development,
?Familiar with Linux GUI window system, Eg. X11, Qt
?In-depth knowledge on linux kernel and driver architecture is a must.
?Experience in a whole Graphics product cycle from architecture design, implementation, performance optimization, bug-tracking and product release
?Good English skill and Team Spirit & Project management skills.
Desired:
?Experience of Linux frame buffer, 3D or video input driver architecture is desired.
?Experience with graphics 2D and 3D device driver performance tuning and optimization is a big plus.
?Knowledge of Android graphics architecture and development experience is a big plus.
