Job Description:

1.Monitor the entire production process to ensure quality products and punctual delivery

2.Sampling follow-Up / understanding of cost structure and able to prepare price quotation / in-line production follow-up / final inspection approval

3.Provide Pre-Sales Customer Services and Post-Sales Customer Services via mail/Phone/Overseas Visits

4.Strictly meet with the timeline requested by customer (e.g. quick response to customer’s enquiry, punctual delivery on the committed Sample Dispatch Date and etc….)

5.Sales Presentation to Customers (in China /China Hong Kong / Mauritius / South-East country)

6.Trouble-shooting for and with suppliers (occasional visits to factories in China)



Requirements:

1.Minimum 3-5 years’ experience on manufacture or yarn trading company

2.Basic knowledge in different raw material character

3.Strong self-initiative, work independently and under high pressure, willing to work overtime and on holiday

4.Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese

5.Occasional travel to China mainland / South-East countries /China HK

6.Graduate from IVE (in Textile Department) or Textile school preferable but not a must
