职位描述
Objectives:
· Develop new business
· Achieve sales target assigned
· Build and keep good relation with key clients.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Sales activity
· Responsible for RFQ
· Take responsibility for new project quotation coordination
· Responsible for the invoicing
· Collect information from customers timely and do necessary analysis for new project requisition
· Make sure all payments paid on time from clients
· Develop and implement the annual sales plan for assigned clients
· Achieve sales targets in line with AMP
· Cooperate with the other department internally to make project delivery to customer’s satisfaction
· Create a good relationship with customers and ensure client satisfaction to achieve repeat business
2. Marketing and Product development support
· Market analysis incl. intelligence on competitor and Chinese automotive market in general and the
region assigned
· Support marketing activities, e.g. tech day
3. Operational
· Proper database input/maintenance in Sales Force
· Submit reports as required, e.g. weekly sales meeting
· Support recruitment of staff to meet current and future demandOther specific jobs which instructed from immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor minimum collegedegree in Commercial, Engineering or associated management qualification. Technical background preferred.
2. Significant business development experience in an engineering service provision environment, 3-5 years experience as account manager; Broad sales experience in automotive industry; Relationship with certain Chinese OEMs, beneficial will be in the region we are planning to go
3. High level communication skills in both English and Chinese.
4. Personality:
Convincing, persuasive, outgoing, confident and articulate.
Strong work ethic, self-motivating, ability to work as part of a team and also independently.
Multi-task oriented and can be able to work under pressure.

Anthony Colin Bruce Chapman was born in 1928 in Richmond on the outskirts of London. He built his first competition car (the Lotus Mark 1) in 1948. This car, loosely based around an Austin 7, marked a turning point in motor racing history and the rise of the greatest of all British sports car companies. So successful was this first car and subsequent designs, that within a few years Chapman was producing some of the most acclaimed sports cars in history, and 12 years later went on to win in Formula 1.
