职位描述

Purpose of the Position


Plan, conduct, and manage recruiting activities of the company as well as employee relations, to make sure the right people placed in the right position at the right time.


Scope


Recruitment Supervisor / Manager reports to Head of Human Resources, responsible for the recruitment and employee relation issues of the organization, and support, with the potential to be in charge of other scope of HR field, such as compensation and benefit, trainings, and people development.


Responsibilities


? Anticipate the needs of talents
n Understand the business model and operations as well as development of each business unit.
n Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to department managers. Advise managers on best practice recruitment and selection.
n Identify suitable hiring channels. Research on workforce market in terms of talents supply, package, turnover, and so on.
n Maintain and active and organized data bank of applicants and talents obtained from other channels for various positions (current and potential).
? Improve recruitment process and quality
n Develop creative and innovative recruitment solutions to attract quality and appropriate level staff.
n Devise, manage and evaluate recruitment and selection processes, including but not exclusive: phone interview, face-to-face interview, personality questionnaires, and other methods;
n Upgrade interview techniques and process.
? Conduct recruiting activities
n Prepare person specifications and job descriptions;
n Write job advertisements and manage job-posting advertisement;
n Screen and shortlist applications. Conduct the first round interview. And recommend qualified applicants to the next interviewer.
n Make sure that selected candidates are validated by the user department. Conduct background checking.
n Establish and maintain files and records on an ongoing basis. Keep record of each step of recruiting process of each applicant.
n Update organization structure as and when required.
? Administrate after-recruitment and personnel issues
n Prepare engagement letter and have it approved before its delivery to the selected candidate;
n Prepare integration of new joiners, including but not exclusive: employment contract, social security registration, documents collection, preparing of workstation and office appliances, orientation, etc.
n Follow the local employment legislation and its application.
n When necessary, assist obtaining residence card, working visa, redundancy procedure, etc.
? Perform other related duties as required. Support the Head of HR on full HR scope, including but not exclusively the below:
n Make live, share, and communicate the Vision of the company and the Group.
n Depend on the results, he or she could expect to handle more responsibilities in HR scope.

Average recruitment lead time (from the date of inquiry to the date of validation);
The number of applicants per position recommended to the user;
Average number of interviews from recommended candidates;
Number of qualified CVs per channel; Number of qualified candidate compared to resumes;
Probation survival rate;
Turnover;
Average recruiting cost;
Size of data bank;
No. of new channels


Education, knowledge, competences, and attributes
Education: University degree, preferably on Human Resources Management, Business Management or related field.
Language: Good command on Chinese and English and/or French
Computer skills: Able to operate Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email at a highly proficient level
Business Competences:
? Understand consumer finance products and their distributions – channel, marketing, animation, etc;
? Know the missions of the program, as well as the culture and vision of the company and the Group.
? Knowledge on labor law and labor contract law as well as local legislations, policies and procedures.
? Familiar and able to apply interview techniques.
? Capabilities to anticipate the needs for talents and to recruit persons with potentials for advancement.

? Excellent communication skills: listen to the users needs; communicate legal issues and market practice to users; ability to work with persons at all levels; tact and ability to deal with difficult situations;
