职位描述

Business System Analyst

The BSA is responsible for the management of Epsilon Full Service Clients Campaign deployments, and management of third party production staff including escalations throughout the APAC region.

KEY RESULT AREA

  • Managing client accounts from a campaign/production standpoint. To include: campaign set-up, testing, deployment, and building automated solutions.
  • Participate in and/or own small scale advanced implementation projects. To include: project scope, spec doc creation, builds, UAT, QA, and program launch.
  • Oversee Campaign Process and client relations for DREAM and DREAMmail Full Service Customers.
  • Initial escalation contact for both Client and internal teams contributing to Campaign Process.
  • Ensure overall Client satisfaction through timely and accurate campaign deployment and project completion.
  • Participate in the quality assurance process to ensure final product meets Client’s expectations.
  • Vendor training to include: Client process, product enhancements, ticketing system, support escalation procedures, etc.
  • Maintain Campaign Process documentation
  • Provide weekly/daily account updates to Account team and/or Client.
  • Provide back-up production support during Vendor outage, including campaign build, execution and QA.
  • Working knowledge of Client’s business, goals/objectives, campaigns and how they use DREAM and DREAMmail products
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop new procedures.
  • Update/create Knowledge Base articles and Client case studies as necessary.
  • Actively participate in new-hire and existing team training programs.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Essential

  • Proven experience of managing resources in delivering Email based campaign deployments
  • Client success focused
  • English: Good
  • 1 Years minimum Email Marketing technology based experience

· 参与跨职能的团队,以开发新的流程。

· 必要时更新/创建知识库文章和客户案例研究。

· 积极参与新员工和现有的团队培训计划。
