Responsibilities:
1. Support IT daily routine ( end-users support) with local IT subcontractor;
2. Administrate system and network, perform problem troubleshooting and user accounts managements, system backup and hardware/software installation;
3. Technical Support to IT off-shore projects (Web-site, e-commerce…);
4. Ensure the service level agreement with our different IT suppliers and sub-contractors;
5. Ensure the security , support escalation process and high availability of our IT systems;
6. Any other tasks related to IT.
1. 终端用户日常IT支持;
2. 用户系统及网络维护,及时进行故障排除,用户帐户管理,系统备份及硬件/软件的安装;
3. 为公司IT项目发展提供相应的技术支持(Web-site, E-Commerce…);
4. 公司全部计算机、打印机及其它附属设备的定型、调配工作;
5. 确保IT供应商为公司提供安全稳定,高质量的服务;
6. 确保安全,支持IT系统的升级并保证其高可用性;
7. 与IT相关的其他工作。


Requirements:
1. Chinese-native, minimum 2 years of relevant IT working experience
2. IT skills : windows environment , LAN & WAN adminstration, SQL server , programming language ( VBA , PB, …)
3. Engineering and project management background are preferred
4. Experience in Backoffice and Network Management with focus on regional network planning, operation and helpdesk
5. Excellent communication skills, collaboration skills, organization skills, self motivation and must have a strong team spirit
6. Rigorous , dynamic and hard-working
7. Language skills : fluent in Chinese ,English ( CET 4.0 or above )

1. 至少2年IT相关工作经验;
2. IT技能掌握: WINDOWS操作系统,LAN & WAN adminstration, SQL server , programming language ( VBA , PB, …)
3. 有工程及项目管理经验者优先
4. 具有后台管理经验,及以区域网络规划,运行及服务台为重点的网络管理经验
5. 优秀的沟通能力,合作组织能力,主动性强并有具备良好的团队精神
6. 严谨,充满活力,工作勤劳
7. 良好的英语书写及口语能力(四级或以上)
