Would you like to take part of achieving the ambitious goals Cheminova have set for our suppliers in China?

We are looking for a qualified officer to be responsible for Supplier Quality and development in China. In the Chinese office in Shanghai works more than 10 employees and you will be a part of this office. The office source and ensure quality and development of our suppliers of raw material and tolling suppliers throughout China.

The job will be varied, demanding and including many different types of tasks such as:
Understanding the specific chemical synthesis processes and assist the global HQ in implementing processes at suppliers and tollers.
Technical support to both HQ and Suppliers on process optimization and trouble shooting.
Compile and analyze test information to determine process or equipment operating efficiency and to diagnose malfunctions.
Audit Chemical suppliers from technical side.

You will refer to Head of Shanghai branch and must expect some travel both inside China and to HQ in Denmark.

Your qualifications:
Master degree in chemical synthesis or chemical engineer
Minimum 3 years synthesis experience and preferable 3 years of engineering experience
Skilled in quality control analysis
Experienced in safety procedures at MNC`s
Experience from pesticide industry is an advantage
Mandarin and English in oral and written

Personal skills
You have good interpersonal and communication skills
You have a proactive approach
You are both detail oriented and excellent in problem solving
You find the use of IT inspiring and natural
