Sandvik Construction, provides solutions for virtually any construction industry application encompassing such diverse businesses as surface rock quarrying, tunneling, excavation, demolition, road building, recycling and civil engineering. The range of products includes rock tools, drilling rigs, breakers, bulk-materials handling and crushing and screening machinery. In 2012 sales amounted to about 9,700 MSEK, with approximately 3,300 employees.

The position would directly report to Buying Manager, below please refer to the job description:

Key performance areas:

· Responsible for material availability to meet production plan.

· Day to day purchase order management, including releasing order based on MRP, chasing suppliers for order acknowledgement, delivery schedule follow up, regular check and review of open orders etc.

· Day to day vendor management to make suppliers understand company’s expectation on cost, delivery and service, drive suppliers to improve overall performance consistently.

· Pull in and Push out execution to fulfill build plan and company's request while maintain optimal inventory turns.

· Option parts purchasing analysis and optimizing.

· Deal with payment issues, to coordinate between finance dept. and suppliers.

· Act as the window between company and suppliers to facilitate mutual understanding and cooperation to achieve win-win supplier partnership

· Monthly report and purchasing data analysis to improve KPIs

· Accomplish other tasks assigned by purchasing manager

Your profile:

· College degree or above

· Minimum 3-5 years in similar position

· Experienced on purchasing management and vendor management

· Must be familiar with MRP system (Aurora preferred) Good organizational and analysis skills

· Team Player

· Strong computer skills of MS office, such as Excel/Word/PPT
Good English including oral and written.
