职位描述
Purpose of position职位目的:
? Be responsible for managing and continuous improvement of P88/ADS general administration in reference to travelling, employee benefits (transportation, Cleaning/laundry service, Canteen service, etc.) and team activities ( management workshops, annual dinner etc.) etc.
? Assist GM on the daily affairs of general management
? Coordinate communication with local government
? Disciplinary leading of department with the objective to reach the agreed targets by coaching and developing the subordinated employees.
? Be responsible for training function and coordination for “Our Culture Journey”.
Core Accountabilities主要职责:
---Executive Assistant Function:
? Perform high degree of professionalism in representing GM as well as coordination of any tasks that requested by GM
? Maintain relations with all staff to further improve teamwork and enhance the team spirit as per Hilti’s Corporate Culture, keeping in mind professionalism and fairness.
? To manage GM's calendar and receive or filter calls and take notes for GM when GM is out of office or busy
? Arranges domestic and international travel for GM and visitors. Be responsible for tickets booking, hotel booking, pick-up arrangement, invitation letter etc
? To receive the documents which requiring GM's signature, check the correctness of their content and format
? Handle GM incoming and outgoing correspondence quickly, accuratedly and confidentially
? Set up agenda for management meetings and record minutes
? Provide support to other EMT members
? Assist to organize local and international meetings for team members
? Creation/preparation of presentations
? Business correspondence in Chinese and English
? Maintain office cleanliness and functionality at all times
? Provide mobile phone cards for expats and interns
? Manage administration tasks such as annual dinner party, outings, company cars, shuttle buses, lunch team, stationary, vendor sourcing, mobile phone cards, e-mail management etc.
? Magage receptionist, drivers and cleaning ladies.
? All other reasonable duties requested by GM
---Training Function:
? Build training system, design annual training plan, and optimize training process to align with business development.
? Work closely with business partners and external parties to identify, plan, develop and implement effective training solutions and ensure to meet the objective of training.
? Assist internal trainers to deliver the required business management and culture training programs.
? Work closely with corporate training team in other countries to fully utilize the resources available from corporate and roll out the training programs.
? Maintain records on training program attendance, programs offered. Consolidate training reports.
? Review training policy and procedures to optimize the effectiveness of training and the according execution.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications岗位要求:
? At least 5 years’ relevant working experiences, any training experience is preferred
? Commercial education and perfect knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint/Word/Excel)
? Flunet oral English and good business writing
? Able to work under pressure
? Analytical and logical thinking
? Highly independent worker, flexible, committed, well structured
? Proactive behaviour and good manners
