LAB Manager EXEL Industry business

实验室经理 艾格赛尔喷涂设备（上海）有限公司

(Location: based in Shanghai SONGJIANG + CHINA) :

上海松江新桥

The applicant will be in charge of EIC LAB, REPAIR Center and TRAINING Center

This includes:

- Tests and demonstrations of our equipments and solutions in our laboratory to prove our capability and help to sell and sign contract.

- Practical Training of our customers, partners or team members in our LAB

- PROBLEM Analysis, report, REPAIR of our equipments and TESTS before sending back to our customers.

He will represent EXEL and its brands image inside and outside of the company.

申请人主要负责公司的实验室，维修中心及培训中心的工作，包括如下工作：

- 测试和演示我们的设备在实验中找到解决方案，证明我们的能力帮助实现销售和签署合同

- 培训客户，商务伙伴及内部人员

- 在把设备返送给客户之前分析问题出具报告，维修测试我们的设备

申请人将代表艾格赛尔集团及品牌形象在公司外部和内部

Can work with autonomy, initiative, and endurance.

Can represent the company to the customer

Can give high level of service

Can implement SAFETY rules and manage a group of people (customers/engineers)

Basic English is required

Knows “state of art” rules in electric and pneumatic/fluid industrial field.

Motivated for technical and sales challenges, flexible to travel in CHINA.

Teamwork is required.

Technical background (education) in Chemical + rich experience in industrial field, and paint related processes.

Successfull experience in a painting/coating (liquid/powder) lab is a must.

The applicant must have experience in robotics, and paint application (site engineer, production or method engineer).

具有化工教育背景和丰富的工业领域以及喷漆处理流程等工作经验

必须有喷涂行业（液体及粉末）实验室工作经验

必须具有机器人和喷涂应用（包括现场工程师，产品或者方案工程师）等工作经验
