Key duties and task:

1.使用不同设备（GC，EDXRF等）和质量控制工具，开发、验证和文件化分析方法，保证分析结果的可靠性和精确度。

Develop, validate and document analytical methods use different kinds of equipments (GC, EDXRF, …) and quality tools to ensure reliability and accuracy of analytical results.;

2.实施常规和非常规实验室化学分析，包括样品前处理，仪器操作数据分析和结果报告。

Perform routine or non-routine laboratory chemical analysis involving sample preparation, instrument operation, data analysis and results reporting;

3.记录结果和观察结论，维护文件、记录、和分析数据，并基于ISO17025的要求给出相应精度要求之报告。

Record results and observations in notebook. Maintain files and records, and analyze data, and produce reports base on the requirement of ISO 17025 to assist decision making;

4.管理实验室设备（包括故障解决，执行预防维护，修理），执行年度校准计划，保证实验室设备的正常状态。

Management laboratory equipment (e.g., troubleshooting, conducting preventative maintenance, repairing) and conduct yearly calibration plan, keep lab equipment in right order;

5.开展分析方法研发，解决问题，对新产品/工艺的研发提供咨询。

Conduct analytical research, solve problems, and provide consultation to support new product / process development;

6.维护ISO17025文件管理系统，评审和监督测试结果，指导分析技术员。

Maintain ISO17025 management system document, audit and monitoring test result, give instructions to analysis technician;

7.实验室经理安排的其他任务。

Other task from lab manager.

Qualification and experience required for the job

工作所需资格和经验

教育程度：化学或相关专业本科以上毕业，优先考虑硕士以上学历。

Educational: bachelor degree for chemistry or relative, master degree will be preferred.

工作经验：3年以上分析化学实验室工作经历, 掌握有一定的仪器分析知识(如X荧光、 气相色谱(ECD)、电感耦合等离子发射光谱、微波消解、浸出毒性实验、电位滴定、卡尔-费休、热分析等)。必须有足够的样品制备知识和经验，具备环境实验室工作经历或固体废弃物分析经验者优先。

Experiences: Minimum 5 years work experience in analytical chemistry laboratory, especially real experiences in modern analysis instruments (EDXRF, GC-ECD, ICP Spectrometry, Microwave Digestor, TCLP, Karl-Fisher, Titrator or Calorimetric etc). Abundant knowledge and experiences of sample preparation is a must. The Candidate with experience of environmental lab or experience of solid wastes analysis is better.

In March 2003, SCIP SITA Waste Services Co., Ltd. (SCIP-SWS) was established as a joint venture between Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Company and SITA. SITA becomes a 100% owned subsidiary of Suez Environment since September 2008. Suez Environment, with a professional workforce of 161 000, is one of the largest environmental technology providers in the world. Suez Environment experts are transferring best practices and know-how in process engineering, operation and management.

2006年5月，上海化学工业区升达废料处理有限公司顺利通过了国家环保总局的专家评审，是上海取得国家环保总局颁发的危险废物经营许可证的单位，处理能力为60 000吨/年，拥有2条回转窑生产线，SCIP SWS的目标是24小时的连续操作并向客户提供全年不间断的有效接收。

In May 2006, SCIP SWS successful passed the audit from the experts of State Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) and became the only one company who was certificated by SEPA in Shanghai. SCIP SWS operates a 60 000T/Y incineration plant with 2 identical incineration lines. Our goal is to provide 24 hours’ continuous operation and uninterrupted, year-round service for the reception of all acceptable wastes.

根据设计，工厂可以处理不同属性和包装的废料。为了保证完美无暇的服务链，一流的实验室以及特殊车辆的车队将作为焚烧厂的后盾。由于考虑到上海的排放标准以及施行力度都在迅速发展和提高，上海化学工业区升达废料处理有限公司焚烧装置配备的尾气处理系统的设计标准是遵循欧洲标准，而不是目前中国国家标准。同时，处理装置还带有能量回收功能，产生蒸汽供上海化学工业区内的企业使用，从而减少了天然能源，如：天然气、煤、石油的消耗以及有害气体的排放，符合“循环经济”的发展理念。

The plant has been designed to treat incoming waste of a wide cross-section of physical properties and packaging. To ensure a complete and seamless service cycle, the incineration plant is backed up by a first class laboratory and a fleet of special vehicles. Recognizing that the emission standard and degree of enforcement in Shanghai are improving and evolving rapidly, the SCIP SITA incinerator is equipped with an Off-gas Emission Control System designed to EU standards rather than the current national requirement in China. Meanwhile, our Energy Recover System helps reduce the consumption of natural resources such as gas, coal and oil, which is accordant to the principle of circular economy.

When commissioned in the middle of 2006, it will be the largest state-of-the-art commercial hazardous waste incineration plant in Asia serving not only occupants at SCIP, but also the booming chemical industry in the vicinity desperately in need of outlets for the industrial wastes that they produce.
