职位描述
Core Job Responsibilities:
-Involve and support all acquisition HR activities;
-Support HR processes before employment transfer including employment contract preparation, staffing information, data, document translations, etc.
-Data checking and cleaning during the transition period;
-Support on the data analysis for compensation package including salary, overtimes, housing allowance, etc. ;
-Support HR & administration Manager on the employees personal date and payroll information migration/modification within the payroll system;
-Support on coordination and preparation of required document for different HR processes applications such as social insurance account, housing fund account, individual income tax account, etc.;
-Act as temporary translation support for the some transition team members;
-Support in hiring and work with 3rd party agent to support operations and production need and make sure stable workforce supply to productions;
-Provide HR support /execute HR related processes and procedures to improve efficient and manpower planning;
-Responsible for recruitment and selection for assigned positions;
-Support in reviewing and developing HR policies and practices to comply with legal and align with Corporate policies;
-Support in reviewing and improving the HR processes & flow, payroll system, etc.;
-Access existing HR risks including work injury, health & safety, fair employment opportunities, etc.;
-Participate in all HR ad hoc projects /tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
-Degree holder in Business Management/HRM with at least 6 years HR generalist experience within an MNC environment;
-at least 3 year of supervisory experience in Human Resources especially in manufacturing of South China;
-Experience in supervising HR for over 500 workforces will be advantage;
-Mature and results-oriented individual;
-Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
-Ability to work independently and team player;
-Well versed with PRC Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances;
-Good senses of compliance of local statutory requirements and HR practices;
-Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
