1. Familar with all Lab (industry and ours) instruments (SEM, XPS, AES, FIB, TEM, hardness, roughness...) and Q/Q analysis. Resposible for Adv material design and verification
2. Job scope includes material select/ design/ Fab/ COC/ IQA spec/ charz competency/ improve
3. work as liaison with local well-known universities and vendor for anti-gold sub, EMI, alternative material DEV, 3D PKG. some knowledge or experience in sputtering/plating/ and sub fabrication is preferred.
4. Performs package characterizations including cost effectiveness studies.
5. Maintains product quality while developing and introducing alternative material programs including DAF/EMC/SM...for new PKG production.
6. cowork with QA and process to charz and disclose the mechanism for ass'y material related issue and improve permanently.
7. Coordinates the introduction of new package processes into production.
8. Requires BS above in mat sci & eng'ring or related field, PhD degree is preferred
