2. Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标（岗位简介）

l Directly support the PD AP Head Development Acceleration in building, maintaining, and continuously improving Development Acceleration group by ensuring effective management of the operational aspects of the group

l Track non-molecular work and its budget

l Liaise with APAC portfolio management and with molecule project teams on activity planning, budgeting, tracking, reporting, communication, and etc.

l Support recruitment and rotation arrangements as needed

3. Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

Business Leadership

? Provides oversight projects of importance

? Coordinate with PD AP Head Development Acceleration to develop processes, and where appropriate, projects to enhance operational effectiveness

? Support business planning, business management

? Track KPIs for PD-AP Development Acceleration group

? Provide and maintain clear and effective communication to key stakeholders and internal teams.

? Design acceleration processes

? Design key stakeholder communication strategy

? Contribute to long-term and short-term business planning efforts

? Generate executive summaries and presentations as needed

? Provide periodic updates about functional achievements to leadership team

? Develop and disseminate planning calendars, action items, timing and deliverables for Acceleration group.

? Facilitate cross-functional strategic planning and decision making with our partners.

People and Organizational Development

? Have a broad business background, and a deep understanding of how Roche and PDY works, especially in collaborating with early development units.

? Highly skilled in understanding how to get things done through influence and collaboration, working with cross-functional and multi-country team members

4. Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

Master's degree in life sciences or business, or equivalent work experience, with some experience in clinical and drug development

Job Required Competencies and Leadership Competencies岗位所需胜任力与领导者胜任力

? Scientific background and clinical content expertise preferred

? 5-7 years of work with multi-disciplinary experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

? 5+ years’ work experience in project management and with people leader experience

? Experienced in leading and executing strategic initiatives with broad impact

? Candidate should possess an understanding of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries; 5-7 years related Pharma/biotech experience

? Experience / exposure to clinical drug development preferred

? Communications experience preferred

? 2 years’ experience managing others

? Demonstrated leadership, organizational and communication skills.

? Must demonstrate outstanding operational management skills, to include internal consulting, project management and highly effective teamwork and collaboration skills
