职位描述
Responsibility
? Support the General Manager in all finance and general controlling processes within the China enterprise.
? Lead and direct all financial processes. This includes all types of financial processes (e.g.: book keeping, monthly report incl. P&L statements, balance sheet, etc., forecasting, planning and so on), annual audit reporting with external auditor and establishing performance benchmarks for the company.
? Maintain and develop the organization’s accounting policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
? Handle general controlling of all areas related to finance such as treasury, accounting, tax, currency exchange, internal audit, documentation, salary payments for employees and social insurance coverage. etc.
? Support other departments concerned with mastery of sales statistics and analysis, payment progress, credit status, overseas order placement, expense and inventory monitoring, project pipeline coordination etc.
? Direct, execute or support all activities associated with both domestic and international financial management and compliance. Oversees and insures compliance with all relevant law and regulations.
? Pro-actively maintain and develop the company culture across the finance organization to ensure that the finance function adds value and best supports the business further with competent leadership.
? As a key member of the local senior management team, carry out other tasks assigned by general manager and report to general manager.
? Proactively communicate with general management and support global issues with authorization if necessary.
? It will be a big plus for him/her to have capability and experience to lead functions of ad-ministration and/or human source management as well as legal issue.

Qualification
? Solid finance and controlling / management accounting background with a bachelor degree or above in a related field.
? Strong functional knowledge of Financial Management, including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting / Controlling, Treasury, Overall Reporting and Financial Planning etc.
? A senior executive with a minimum of 5-10 years’ work experience in middle sized inter-national enterprise.
? Familiarity with Chinese and Western financial reporting standards.
? High personal and professional standards of ethics and integrity.
? Positive team spirit

? Strong communication skills.
? Good English both in written & verbal.
