Role description:
Responsible for conducting architectural software endeavours within our organization so that a consistent and flexible software structure is developed and maintained for future developmental generations. This includes:
? Assist in crafting an architectural vision that results in the development of software components that satisfy the core goals of our organization.
? Directing development teams so that a convergence of solutions that leverage both existing and new architectural components in a way that best suits the needs of our organization.
? Researching, selecting, planning and becoming knowledgeable with architectural methodologies that best meet our business and organizational goals.
? Working with the Product Owners and other executive stakeholders to build project roadmaps and sprint plans.

Experience required:
? A pragmatic and analytical approach to problem solving is fundamentally important to this role.
? 5 + Years experience as project lead or team leader within a development arena.
? Technical ability is also a key component to this role. Candidates are expected to have previous experience of developing software products in a product environment and demonstrate a thorough awareness of the methods and qualities of industrial strength software.
? IT experience required:
- 8+ years of overall industry experience
- Visual / C++ / C# experience
- Extensive .NET experience
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with distributed architectures
- Design Patterns
- Service Oriented Architecture
- HTML
- Javascript
? Product development within and for Microsoft Windows.
- Desktop Software
- Browser Based Software
? Familiarity with modern architectural software development methodologies.
? Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science preferred.
