岗位职责：
1. 负责公司内部杂志的编辑、排版、校对和出版的整个流程；
2. 能根据项目的需求开展创意设计，独立策划操作整个项目及方案；
3. 对团队内的交流迅速做出反应；
4. 具有超前的设计元素收集意识，了解不同行业的设计手法；
5. 从思考出发形成迅速、高效的实战设计风格，按时按质完成工作任务。

任职要求：
1. 广告学、美术或相关专业本科以上学历，但对于学历，我们更在乎你后天积淀的专业设计素养；
2. 具有深厚的美术功底和审美修养，对创意概念、发现和执行拥有全程的把控，思维敏捷，能够自信地执行自己的创作意图并将之完善；
3. 高度的责任心和团队合作精神；
4. 熟练地使用多种设计软件，突出的手绘能力我们会相当欣赏，因为你的潜能将在这释放；
5. 有杂志出版行业工作经验的优先考虑。
