Objective of the position职位目的
Ensure a sound data quality for all companies of Division Asia running SAP GT and support them in all data management relevant issues as well as in reporting;
Provide SAP support such as Solution Manager ticket monitoring and ABAP programming.
为所有已经实施SAP 全球模板的亚洲公司确保良好的数据质量，并在所有的数据和报表相关方面提供支持;
提供Solution Manager问题监控和基本ABAP编程

Main Tasks and assignment主要工作职责
Data Management for GFPS in Asia
- Creating and maintaining material basic data for Asian Products in SAP and PLM timely to enable a quick time-to-market
- Carrying out mass uploads and mass corrections (maintaining data with large quantity) using standard SAP transaction or defined CATT tool
- Running quality control (analyze the problem using diagnostic program, propose additional diagnostic programs)
- Coordinating the data management related projects in Asia (like Product Lifecycle Management)
- Coordination keyuser communication
- Improve the communication between Schaffhausen and APJ region especially for data topics

数据管理（GFPS亚洲区）
- 及时为GFPS亚洲区公司在SAP和PLM系统里创建和维护物料主数据，对市场需求做出快速反应
- 进行批量数据上载和批量数据修改，使用SAP 标准工具或定义的CATT 工具
- 进行数据质量管理(使用现有检测程序分析问题，并能提出另外增强的检测程序)
- 协调与数据管理相关的项目在亚洲区的实施（如PLM系统）
- 协调关键用户之间的沟通和协作
- 提高沙夫豪森和亚洲区的沟通和协作，尤其是数据管理方面相关的问题

- Take ownership of some SAP support issues which are especially key processes at GFPS, so that the knowledge of key processes remains within GFPS.

Requirements任职资格
University/college
大学本科以上
At least 3 years relevant working experience, SAP related knowledge and CATT/LSMW skill is plus

Fluent oral and written English

Familiar with MS Office, database knowledge
