职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for doing the routine testing related to base check, finished products, sensory evaluation, etc.
2. Ensure that test equipment and test method operation can be completed according to the predefined timetable and requirement of procedure.
3. Ensure that laboratory SOPs and GLPs are effectively implemented to ensure reliability of results and compliance to Wrigley’s and national standards. Perform investigation of atypical or out of specification results and promptly reports the findings for decision taking.
4. Perform sampling, testing, inspection and release, when relevant of base control and product complaints according to predefined standard practices.
5. Conduct statistical evaluation of test results and provide recommendation for possible sampling and testing change.
6. Perform any additional job-related functions as directed by supervisor.
7. Maintain EHS, 5S working conditions and practices in assigned areas.
Qualification
1. College degree or above in Chemistry, Food Science / Pharmacy or related discipline.
At least 1 years lab experience in food, chemical, pharmaceutical industries
2. Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
3. The knowledge and experience of GMP, GLP and audit is required.
4. Know Food test method (USP, FCC, ASTM etc.) and database (SPC, LIMS etc.)
5. Good instrument analytical and interpersonal skills. Good at planning and execution.
Prefer: Proficiency Lab instrument (ICP、GC、HPLC etc.) analysis skill for products.
