· Manage software team to develop software tools that provide key value-added integration between 3^rd party SW products and EMC storage products.

· Manage software team to develop User Interfaces, Storage Platform API programming components, VMware software integration for management, Microsoft virtualization management integration, and other relevant technologies for the integration of EMC storage w/ virtual platforms/environments/technologies.

· Interfaces with senior management to report on project and program milestones and to present project needs and technical knowledge.

· Recruit qualified engineering talent to develop solutions based on EMC storage products.

· Manage engineering resources to accomplish goals of the Partner Integration Engineering organization.

· Provide technical analysis of competitive and complimentary products to EMC storage products. Educate senior staff on technical capabilities of products and recommend future product directions based on analysis.

· Provide engineering support for escalated customer problems related to the Partner Integration packages created by the group. May require occasional customer visits.

· Strong technical background in data storage industry with the proven and demonstrable ability to deliver solutions involving combination/integration of products/technologies.

· Must have demonstrated ability to lead software teams to deliver software products and solutions to market using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc ..

· Must have proven management and leadership skills in the entire software product life cycle from conception to end-of-life of software products.

· Must have excellent influence and negotiating skills.

· Must have demonstrated ability to effectively lead teams through continuous change in a highly dynamic environment.

· Experience in application, server, and storage virtualization technologies

· Must have demonstrated excellent oral and written English skills.
