主要职责(Responsibilities):
1.大致理解客户委托需求和人才寻访方向 (Understand the assignments and make out search direction )
2.搜集并整理目标公司信息 (Collect the targeted company’s information)
3.通过公司人才库，电话，网络以及人际关系搜集目标公司相关人才的信息 (Identify targeted candidates through cold call, internet, and network referral)
4.与目标人才联络与沟通并初步判断其合适度，说服目标人才提供简历 (Approach and judge candidates, and pursue their resumes)
5.协调与目标人才的面试 (Coordinate the consultant-candidate’s interview)
6.及时录入与更新目标公司和人才的信息 (Input and maintain the information of the targeted companies and candidates)
7.发展和维护与目标人才的良好关系 (Develop and maintain the relationship with the candidates)
8.行业知识的收集，整理与总结 (Market knowledge collection, analyze and summarize)
职位要求(Requirements):
1.积极进取和吃苦耐劳精神 (Spirit of hard-working and continuous improvement)
2.大学专科及以上学历 (College and above education degree)
3.销售或人才寻访经验优先 (Sales or executive search experience is advantage)
4.团队协作精神 (Team work spirit and commitment)
5.良好的责任心和主动性 (Good commitment and imitative)
6.良好的英语基础优先 (Good basic skills of English)
