Responsibility职责：

1、According to process requirement, lead the technical definition of equipments,design review,installation,setup,acceptance with the support from PE and ME.

根据生产工艺要求，在工艺工程师和维修工程师的协助下，负责对新购进设备技术定义、设计评审、安装、调试、验收。

2、Carry out affirmation of facility capacity in acceptance phase and routine support production process to make related files. Ensure relevant documents, files, drawing keeping in order.

执行验收阶段的设备能力确认及日常辅助生产工艺相关文件制定。确保相关文档、图纸有序保管。

3、Confirm and support QA Department to calibrate instrument periodically, and make PM and TPM according to facility status.And monitor the effect of implemention from maintenance technician.

确认并配合质量部门周期性地校准设备仪器，针对设备状态制定PM和TPM计划，并监督维修人员的实施效果。

4、Support process and quality improvements through team activity.

参与团队活动，支持工艺及质量问题的改进。

5、Follow up WCM methodology to lead the activity in PM&AM activity.

根据WCM的方法，带领团队开展专业维护&自主维护的相关活动。

6、Be responsible for monitoring and training to production operators on equipment operation and maintenance.

负责对生产工人进行设备操作和日常维护保养的监督和培训

7、Plan and manage technical parameter and facility of electricity, water,compress air对电、水、压缩空气等各种能源的技术参数、设备进行规划、管理

8、Establish and manage facility and spare list 建立、管理公司设备台帐及备件清单。

Requirement要求：

1、Bachelor and majored in Mechanical or Mechanical & Electrical Integration

机电一体化或机电工程相关专业本科学历

2、Have knowledge of the theory of PLC of electric system and can use Siemens, Delphi, Mitsubishi PLC and upper control system

熟练掌握电气系统的PLC控制原理，熟练运用Siemens，Delphi，三菱等可编程控制器及上位控制系统

3、Good capability analysis and solve problem skill, can deal with kinds of technical problems in production independently

具有良好的分析问题，解决问题的能力，能独立处理生产过程中各类技术问题

4、Responsible, hard working, good team player and active to learn

有责任心、敬业精神和良好的团队合作精神，能吃苦耐劳，愿意积极主动地学习

5、Familiar with Microsoft Office and Auto CAD 熟练运用微软办公软件和AutoCAD
