职位描述
The Channel Manager is the focal point between the brand and channels unit, responsible for channels sustainable development, especially those already in Authorized Distribution in each brand, and of showing BP value added to brand.
Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years B2B sales and lead generation experience (recruitment/staffing experience highly preferred)
? Outstanding oral and written communication skills
? Outstanding client relationship building skills
? Ability to interface at all levels of a client organization (administrators up to CEO)
? Effective interpersonal skills
? Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
? Strong attention to detail
? Outstanding work ethic with a commitment to results
? Willingness to travel according to project needs
? Background and experience working within the recruiting industry
? Advanced English and Spanish skills required
? Proven ability to establish relationships quickly
? 20% travel within Brazil required
Preferred Requirements:
? Successful experience developing prospecting campaigns
? Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) background, minimum of 5 years
? Marketing and telemarketing background
Responsibilities:
? Analyze the coverage and channel capacity of each territory (gap, plan and execution).Distribute brands regional target by country, by VAD and by BP.
? Distribute channels target by country among each of the VADs based on historical results and projections.
? Distribute with VAD agreement the brands target by country among focus partners. Distribution should be done by product group. The 2nd tier will now have quota though the VAD and will have incentive.
? Skill gap analysis for each of the focus partners to ensure the proper coverage of technical and sales skills for each product group.
? Regional Enablement Plan based on gap analysis. Control execution plan.
? Coverage analysis based on market opportunity and actual brand situation. GAP PLAN.
? Recruiting plan for new channels in case needed. Channels Expansion Plan.
? Brand Business Plan for each VAD and focus BPs (planning should be onsite preferable). Goal is that brand target revenue for each VAD is reflected in all their network channels plan.
? Business Plan should include marketing plan, target market segment, resource commitment to develop customers/market. Marketing Plan should be aligned with IBM SWG Marketing plan.
? Ensure a fair share regarding CoMarketing funds and BRD rebate (funds received quarterly that should be used that same quarter to guarantee receiving the same rebate following quarter). The planning of the CoMarketing funds and rebate should be reflected in their VAD marketing plan. Channels must show CoMarketing funds use in their own marketing plan.
? Quarterly follow up of the Business Plan execution and results.
