工作职责：
Be responsible for the overall technical works, coordinate, organize to resolve the significant technical problems of the test work in the department.
统筹负责整个部门的相关技术工作，协调、组织解决部门测试工作中的重大技术问题。

To assist market and sales department to carry out techhical seminar, training and client visit. Liaise with customers on important technical issues.
协助市场和业务部门开展技术讲座，培训，拜访客户。就重要的技术问题与客户联系。

To track new business deveopment, organize the whole technical team to carry out R&D for new technology and test method. Define and improve the techincal operatio work flow.
跟踪新的业务方向，根据业务需要，及时组织、协调整个技术团队，开展新业务，新方法的研发。制定并完善技术运作流程。

Organize the proficiency/correlation tests and report the finding.
组织验证/比对试验计划并对结果做总结。

Monitor the relevant staff to update technical intelligence and information of testing standard, method, buyer’s requirement etc.
监督有关人员及时更新测试标准、方法、买家要求等技术资料。核准各类采购和验收的技术要求。

Assist senior engineer to evaluate and advise appropriate tests needed to be conducted on customer submitted samples.
协助高级工程师对样品进行评估并建议合适的检测项目。

Deal with any complaint on technical issues, direct the relevant parties to formulate and follow up according improving scheme and corrective measures.
就任何技术方面的投诉展开调查，指导相关方制定相应的改进计划和纠正措施，并督促落实到位。

Lead to organize the new method development and method updated, track and monitor the whole process.
主导新方法的开发和方法的更新，跟踪并监督整个过程。

For new development item and method updated, assist senior engineer to provide the training and evaluate the technical personnel accordingly.
针对新开发和更新的项目，协助高级工程师对技术人员进行培训并评估。

Review and issue the test reports.
检查和签发测试报告。

岗位要求：
Bachelor degree as a minimum.

本科以上学历。

Minimum five years related working experience on 3rd party testing & certification. Among which at leaset three years as reviewer for either household appliance, power tools, lighting products, EMC eperienxe will a plus.
至少5年第三方检测认证行业工作经验，其中至少3年以上家电或电动工具或灯具产品报告审核经验，如具备EMC经验则更佳。

Be familiar with 17025, IECEE CB, GS, CE requirements.
熟悉17025, IECEE CB, GS, CE 要求。
Ability to present and train.
擅长做技术类演讲和培训。

Fluent speaking & writing English.
娴熟的英语口语和书面沟通能力。
