Job Title: Principle Product Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY
Work with corporate PM team and field sales team to lead the SYMMETRIX product innovation to better fit China and worldwide market requirement


Description:
EMC SBU China team target at expanding the SYMMETRIX market share and revenue in China and help China to become the second domestic market to EMC. China team is part of the EMC SBU team at Hopkinton focusing on the product management and technical support for EMC SYMMETRIX product family. The primary value for the team is to provide on the ground perspective for product requirements and business requirement. Spearhead key product initiatives.
The talent we are looking for will work at EMC BJ CoE office. As a member of the SBU China team, the candidate have to demonstrate strong capability in communication among corporate teams and field sales teams both in Chinese and English, identifying and justifying new product feature requirements and solving problems under pressure.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic understanding of China market property.
- Holistic owner of product features based on China market requirement.
- Well understand of SYMMETRIX: product architecture, configuration and pricing
- Responsible for new release launch in China
- Assist and direct Corporate System Engineer to support field team

Education and Experience:
Education Required: Bachelors (Technical, computer sceince is preferred)
Experience Required: 5 Years relevant experience
Required SKILLS
- Knowledgeable of enterprise storage
- Quick learner of new technology and new process
- Strong communication skill cross teams
- Active and innovative in solving problems and finding solutions
- Excellent team working
- Good at oral and written English


Desired Skills
- SYMMETRIX product knowledge
