岗位名称：销售经理

岗位职责：根据公司产品定位目标市场；制定国内的中长期市场增长战略/年度增长计划/分销商发展计划/销售预测/预算，达成总部的销售战略目标；负责听取国内各区域销售经理的工作汇报，并对各区销售工作给予指导；经销商和重要客户的维系以确保销售的稳步增长。

岗位要求：大专以上学历，工科专业；5年以上销售经理工作经验，有传感器/工业自动化多年经验者优先；熟悉国内连接插件市场；良好的沟通和判断能力；自我管理和工作计划性强；销售经验丰富；良好的团队合作精神；适应经常出差及不定时工作制；精通英文。

Job responsibilities: Analyze market trends, well understand ESCHA's market niche and identify potential business opportunities at early time; Make long-term market growth strategies/ Annual growth plans /distributor development plan/sales forecasts/budget according to headquarters' business strategy in China, then commit to market share growth; Responsible for hearing working report from Regional Manager of China, and provide guidance for each area sales work; Distributor management & key account management to substantially grow the sales.

Job requirement: College degree or above, Majored in Mechanical, Automation or related; Minimum 5 years related working experience as sale manager, working in sensor and automation several years is plus; Understand China connectivity market system; Strong capability to capture customers’ need and make sound judgments; Strong self-management and working timely based on plan; a lot of sale experience; Good team work; Willing to travel frequently and accept irregular working system; excellent English.
