Job description: 工作内容:

1. Introduce native internationals one on one, group, corporate courses according to customer needs.根据客户要求介绍Native Internationals一对一课程,一对多课程和企业课程

2. Maintain good relationship with potential customers.与潜在客户维持良好合作关系

3. Achieve assigned sales target.达成指派销售指标

Responsibilities: 责任:

1. Create and manage customer database to invite customers to natives international for course trial and offer them a tailor made and appropriate courses according to their needs.创立及管理客户数据库,邀请客户来学校上试听课,根据客户需求制定量身合适的课程

2. Coordinate with the academic director to insure quality of courses and customer satisfaction.与教学总监合作,保证课程质量和客户满意度

3. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. 达成周度及月度销售指标

Requirements: 要求:

1. College certificate or above.专科或以上

2. Target oriented and self driving, able to work under pressure. 目标明确,发挥主观能动性,抗压能力强

3. Excellent sales and convincing skills.很强的销售和说服能力

4. Good communication skills in both English and mandarin 流利的英语和中文沟通能力
