岗位职责：
1、有较强的组织能力、协调能力，负责办公室日常行政事务和接待工作；
2、工作认真负责，独当一面，做好各类办公会议的组织工作和会议纪录，做好决议、决定等文件的起草、发布；
3、管理资质，协调运用以及控制使用中的风险等工作；
4、完成企业应急的各项工作。
任职条件：
1.大专及以上学历，行政或人力资源管理中文相关专业，35岁左右，熟练掌握office/photoshopt等相关办公软件；
2.形象好，气质佳，品行兼优。有良好的服务意识和团队精神.女性，身高不低于1.62米，；
3.具有建筑行业办公室相关工作经验，有较强的文字功底，能协调处理行政事务工作和公司领导、办公室主任指定的工作，工作积极主动且有创新意识，中共党员优先考虑。
