Key Areas of Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for process-related document translation and management.

2. Be involved in introducing new processes with the functionality managers.

3. Be responsible for auditing and training the workshop employees to maintain their skills, to ensure all the processes relating to safety, machinery & product in compliance with the procedures and policies.

4. Work with EHS, Maintenance, Production and QC to seek continuous improvement for all operationally related matters.

Qualifications (education background, working experience, knowledge/skills/attitude required):

1. Engineering degree, major in Mechanical/Industrial/Material/Electrical.

2. Good command in Technical Translation, CET 6 certificate is a plus.

3. Two working years or above in manufacturing sector is preferred, hands-on experiences on sheet metal and mechanical assembly industry is a plus.

4. Stable, independent, cautious, methodical, thoughtful & team-playing
