岗位职责:

-协助销售进行客户维护；
-协助销售向比利时总部下采购订单，跟踪订单状态，协调订单安排及海运发货；
-根据客户订单，在金蝶系统，进行订单/合同录入、发货通知等操作；

-跟踪客户预付款情况，安排发货和协助财务开票等；

-协助QC处理产品售后的质量问题；

-向工厂下生产订单，协调订单安排；

-安排物流发货等事宜；

-完成上级安排的其它相关工作。

职位需求:
-大专或以上学历，一年以上相关工作经验。
-英语四级或以上水平，具有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
-熟练运用MS office。
-具备良好的客户关系处理能力及优秀的沟通协调能力，性格开朗，责任心强。
-有金蝶系统或其它ERP系统操作经验者优先。

-工作积极、上进，富有团队合作精神和创新精神。
