岗位职责：

1.独立进行多步药物合成反应， 并针对试验中遇到的问题进行相应的改进和优化；

2.熟练解析各种有机波谱；

3.熟练应用英文撰写实验记录，实验报告和论文；

4.计划，沟通和协调工作安排， 提高工作效率；

5.团队合作。

任职要求：

1.有机合成、药物化学等相关专业， 本科以上学历， 三年以上合成工作经验；

2.丰富的有机合成，药物化学理论知识，熟悉各种有机波谱的解析；

3.英文水平良好，具有一定的听，说，写能力；

4.擅长统筹管理，合理高效地安排实验进度；

5.工作态度踏实，积极进取，有优秀的团队合作精神。
