岗位职责

1. 从杂交瘤细胞中钓取IgG cDNA，进行RT-PCR并构建到合适的载体中；

2. 用合适的平台表达重组单克隆抗体，并进行筛选和分析；

3. 大规模细胞培养和重组单克隆抗体规模化生产；

4. 重组单克隆抗体纯化、储存、冻干及其工艺研究；

5. 发现并解决实验过程中出现的问题、或改善优化实验流程；

6. 用英文清晰, 准确, 详细地完成实验记录和实验报告, 并能进行基本的英语交流；

7. 积极与其它团队沟通合作, 勇于创新。

任职要求
1.蛋白质研究、生物化学、生物信息学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
2.具有蛋白质研究课题经验优先；
3.能熟练阅读英文文献，并撰写学术文章；
4.具备蛋白分离、HPLC、电泳、ELISA等蛋白质分析研究技能优先。
