要求：

生物化学、生物工程或相关专业毕业，具有博士学历或硕士学历（三年以上工作经验）；了解药物研发过程和法规要求，熟悉蛋白、抗体药物纯化，分析方法和质量标准； 能够熟练的查阅相关专业英文文献，设计合理的项目开发流程； 具有良好的责任心及团队协作精神，有强烈的事业心和进取心。

职责描述：

1.负责蛋白、抗体新药纯化工艺的开发及研究工作；

2.负责蛋白、抗体新药小试和中试纯化工艺开发，以及工艺验证工作；

3.负责蛋白，抗体药物制剂的研究，制定纯化和制剂研究计划，并负责实施计划；

4.负责蛋白、抗体理化性质的检测及分析方法的开发及验证；
