1. 能吃苦耐劳、有团体精神、沟通配合力度。
2. 能看图看板出纸格，精通手工或电脑出图者优先考虑，有自主创新开发能力，出格速度快，袋型完美，符合图纸要求并能独立出图。
3. 5年以上各种包袋（高品质电脑袋经验优先）开格打样经验，能独立完成制作各种手袋，技术能力好，责任心强，品质观念强，有丰富的制作经验，懂得如何改进包袋制作中常见的品质异常。
4. 工作区域上海或周边
5. 会对样品进行成本估计，会做工艺单。
6. 有管理版房经验者优先，稍懂些英文者优先
