ob Nature:

职责：

- Installation and configuration of POS and CRM application software

懂得POS和CRM应用软件的安装和调试

- Conduct application software system testing and deployment of application updates

懂得如何测试应用软件，并且可以根据具体要求进行操作和更新

- Application database maintenance and troubleshooting

懂得如何对数据库的程序进行编写、维护和解决

- User manual writing, conduct end user acceptance testing and training

用户手册的编写，审核，验收测试和培训

- Provide operational support, troubleshooting and problem diagnosis for end users

为最终用户提供操作支持、问题诊断和解决

- Develop and generate custom reports using SQL scripts or other programming tools

会用SQL语言进行程序编写，设计和制作报表

- Develop and run SQL scripts to monitor application database to ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity.

会用SQL语言监控数据库，确保数据的精准性、一致性和完整性

Requirements:

要求：

- Diploma or Degree holder in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.

本科以上学历，信息技术、信息系统或计算机专业

- Good business knowledge, especially in Retail industry and CRM perspective

良好的业务知识，尤其在零售业和CRM领域有经验尤佳

- Solid experience in writing SQL scripts for data manipulation in Microsoft SQL Server

拥有SQL语言编写程序的经验，并对微软SQL数据操作有丰富经验

- Software application development experience is an added advantage

在软件开发和应用上有丰富经验

- Good presentation and interpersonal communication skills

良好的表达能力和沟通技巧
