Engineering Administrator 工程设计行政文员
Main Responsibilities:
1. To be responsible for the professional management of the ECO and ensure it is closed as soon as possible
2. Drawing and document control including update and filing engineering document
3. Archive documents and guarantee the right version was used
4. Record the document flow activities and make it traceable
5. Organize the regular meetings for preview and review ECN implement.
6. Have a summary and analysis of ECO in regular
7. Support Engineering in the basically analysis prior to the order of change
8. Technical document translation from English to Chinese or vice versa. Assist in other translation as required
9. Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the department manager
Professional Required:
2-5 years Engineering Clerical experience minimum and in a Foreign company.
Ability to handle multiple engineering and clerical tasks with high efficiency.
Colleague Degree or above, major in Mechanical Background or similar.
Written and oral English communication skills (fluent English with CET-4 minimum. Ability to communicate with foreign colleague)
Knowledge and experience in implementation and application of ECN.
Similar Knowledge and experience in a production-lines environment.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT is essential.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation and drawings. NX / CAD working experience is preferable.
