Key responsibilities:

1. Acts as a bridge between IT and external implement consultant team and business users to collect Manufacturing and Logistics business requirements, keep track the status of projects delivery
2. Work with project delivery team to perform quality control activities (e.g. acceptance tests) to ensure functional and performance objectives are met.
3. Training and Supporting business users when it’s necessary to help them understand the manufacturing execution system and online execution system
4. Provide functional expert opinion in troubleshooting and problem diagnosis in case of an incident
5. Document and escalate the issues that can't be solved
6. Keep track the status of the business demands, issues, and feedback
7. Provide expert knowledge and experience to estimate the technical efforts required to implement complex manufacturing execution system, logistics, and other manufacturing related technical solution

Qualification:
1. At least 3 years production control / manufacturing execution system implementation or production maintenance support experience, Automobile industry background is plus.
2. At least one entire lifecycle of the MES solution implement and development project experience
3. Good knowledge of manufacture production process
4. Good knowledge of the production control / MES technologies, including automated data collection, historian applications, visualization, quality and efficiency in manufacturing, automated decision control, workflow, database and interface to the ERP systems
5. Good knowledge of MS windows and MS office applications.
6. Good knowledge with Unix/Linux, Oracle database
7. Able to work efficiently under high demand
8. Good oral/written English.
9. Good interpersonal skill, team work spirit. Self-motivator
