隶属于总经理，此职位将负责发展和执行培训战略、计划和运行以达成企业目标。

工作描述:

• 运用合理有效的方法开发和实施评估培训需求以及岗位评估系统
• 通过公司内部的质量审查分析评估培训的有效性并跟进纠正的措施以及必要的必进
• 不断的评估，适应和实现公司的培训系统和进程
• 推荐解决性问题和潜在的培训
• 进行离职面谈，在必要时向人力资源部和管理层反馈
• 管理公司服务认证过程
• 协调并确保所有的培训设备、流程、资源及器材都能全部使用。
• 为公司所有职位开发实施一个 ”职业发展” 项目和相关文件及系统
• 与公司管理层共同工作依据公司的目标及相关法律法规确保政策、程序进展和开发实施的连贯性
• 管理和领导并激励培训团队成员
• 处理和应对上级领导及员工的培训事宜及问题，确保实施有建设性及有效性的措施。
• 有义务保持了解培训和人力资源政策影响
• 持续探研和支持有效培训项目的推行

职位要求

人力资源或相关领域大学本科以上学历；或5年以上相关培训工作经历

Job Description - Training Manager

Pizza Marzano, Shanghai

Reporting to the General Manager, this person will be accountable for the development and implementation of training strategies, plans, and processes to support organisational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct a training needs assessment process with appropriate delivery methods and post-training evaluation systems
• Use internal Quality Audits to evaluate effectiveness of training and to deliver corrective action and improvement where necessary
• Continually evaluate, adapt and implement the company’s training systems and processes
• Recommend solutions for performance issues and potential areas of training
• Undertake exit interviews and provide feedback to HR and management as necessary
• Administer the company’s service recognition process
• Coordinate efforts to ensure the full utilization of all training facilities, processes, resources and equipment
• Develop and implement a ‘career progression’ path with related documentation and systems for all organisational positions
• Work with management and ensure that policies, programs, processes and developed and implemented consistently and in compliance with organisational objectives and to relevant laws and regulations
• Manage, lead and motivate Training Team members
• Resolve and respond to training issues and questions from leaders and employees and ensure constructive and effective steps are taking to resolve them
• Keep informed on training and HR legislation impacting the company’s training obligations
• Continuously seek and support new approaches and processes to improve the efficiency of training programmes and support offered

Job Requirements

• University degree from an accredited organisation in HR, Adult Education or related field; or 5 years experience in a demonstrated training role
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities
• Strong verbal, listening, written communications skills required
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Ability to be proactive, self motivated and self-directed
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
• Depth of practical experience in both technical and non-technical training
• Demonstrated experience in hospitality or customer facing organisations
