售后服务总监 医疗及实验室集团
Area of Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-level technical expertise and product knowledge to the sales process to facilitate competitive success.
2. Provide technical support for some products in China, establish and maintain good relationship with clients.
3. Responsible for mastering the market dynamics in the region and the service measures of the competitors.
4. Responsible for planning the training of After Service personnel as a whole.
5. Responsible for the configuration of plant maintenance tools and equipment.
6. Responsible for the personnel affairs management of After Service personnel; formulate the examination system and keep improvement.
7. Responsible for the general 5S management of the After Service department.
8. Support for the development and follow up of the domestic sales of branded products in China.
9. Deal with after service wastes in accordance with requirement of the company.
10. Keep good and up-to-date customer base and pay periodic visits to Key Accounts for delivering product information and getting user feedbacks on life science products and services.
11. Identify market opportunities and deliver product training & seminars to the customers (distributors and end-customers).
12. Develop and manage application team.
Qualification:
1. Master degree or higher in Biosciences or related disciplines. 5 years plus application experience and/or strong research background is a plus.
2. High Energy, team player and the ability to work under pressure.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication skills are essential.
4. Initiative, self-motivated, open-minded and detail-oriented.
5. Good command of English.
6. Regular travel is required
