售后服务经理 医疗及实验室集团


Area of Responsibilities:
1. Vigorously implement the company’s business policies and customer service standard flow.
2. Responsible for the overall management of the After Service department.
3. Work out the annual work plan of the After Service department; make efforts to accomplish the target.
4. Responsible for the general handling of customer complaint, mainly responsible for promoting customer service satisfaction level.
5. Responsible for the direct management of key customers.
6. Responsible for the coordination between the After Service department and other departments such as sales department.
7. Responsible for organizing various After Service activities.


Qualifications
1. Majored in machinery manufacturing, domestic appliances repairing or related, above bachelor degree;
2. CET-4, good English skill in listening, speaking, reading and writing.;
3. Have the knowledge of product performance and technical index.
4. Familiar with domestic appliances repairing skills.
5. Good communication, coordination and organization skills.
6. At least 3 years relevant work experience.
7. Hardworking, honesty, good responsibility with strong spirit of teamwork.
