Company Description: ILME is an Italian company specialized in the manufacturing of industrial
electrical equipment, in particular the multipole connectors for heavy duty
industrial applications.

The aim of the company is to offer products with a high quality at an acceptable

price, working continuously towards the upgrading of its facilities, improvements in

the control techniques, automated production and quality assurance standards designed to

match the needs of the end user.

Today ILME group holds a prominent position in the Italian market, a solid
presence in Europe with its three subsidiaries (France, Germany, U.K.), a growing

position in the Japanese market with its daughter company and exports its
products worldly.

RESEARCH

Age: 24 – 28 years old

Company location: living in Shanghai

Study: electronic/electrical engineer

Languages: Chinese (mother language), English (business level, written and verbal)

Character: serious, honest, active, independent, available to travel

Required experience: technical experience as engineer in automation or control fields (or similar).

Job description: the offered position is for Product Engineer, operating towards main

Industries all over China.

After initial period of technical training in our factory in Milano, he will support from technical point of view the development of ILME activity in China, building a connection between the manufacturer and the user.

Therefore he will be required (just as example):

- to visits clients or to accompany ILME distributors to customers;

- to introduce the product during technical meetings:

- to collect product information from the market about needs of solution; different users or competitors

and to report that to Italy;

- to look for Industry potential users of our product and to contact them;

- to promote the product technically, preparing further commercial actions of ILME;

- to research potential suppliers for mother company;

Test period: 3 months of real work, after education in Italy
